Return Policy

We will send the punch die by DHL and the machine by FedEx .

Normally. Because all punch dies need to custom make for your size/design, We don't accept return except below conditions:

1) We make a wrong shape / size on your punch dies;

2) It is damaged on shipping way.

About This two conditions, we will re-make a new one and re-send for you.

There will be one year warrantee of all machine.If some machine parts / punch dies have quality problem, we can return back new parts.

DHL delivery is about 5 to 7 days for punch dies. FedEx is about 7-9 days for machine.
